Use this service to apply for a rebate if you are an employer paying for your employees to take time off work due to COVID-19.
Employers and their employess must be Yukon-based in order to be eligible for this rebate.
A doctor's note is not required. You can only apply once.
Before you start
- A telephone number and email address so we can contact you;
- proof of business registration from Government of Yukon (Corporate Affairs);
- a copy of your municipal business licence dated before March 1, 2020, proof of your office location (such as a utility bill, or lease) or a notice of assessment from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for the year;
- copies of the most recent pay stubs (for all employees in the application) covering the dates and proof of wages paid for sick leave/self-isolation.
We will accept a digital photograph or different formats of documents (PDF, DOC, CSV or XLS).
