Apply to be a caregiver to a Yukon child

This service is for Yukon families or individuals who wish to apply to be a caregiver to a Yukon child. Being a caregiver can include supporting families and children through respite care, emergency placements or longer term supports.

Before you start

You will need:

• a phone number or email address so we can contact you; and
• to consent to a check of child welfare records in Yukon.
