Assess yourself for Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Use this self-assessment tool to help determine whether you should be tested for COVID-19. You can complete this assessment yourself or on behalf of someone else if they are not capable.
If you have travelled OR have had close contact with a person with a recent travel history who was or is now symptomatic OR are a known close contact to a confirmed case of COVID-19 and you have any of the following symptoms:
- cough, fever/chills, sore throat, headache, runny nose or nasal congestion, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or muscle aches or difficulty breathing
If you have not travelled outside of Yukon but have the following symptoms:
- Cough, fever and/or chills, or difficulty breathing
To protect yourself while out in public, wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer if handwashing facilities are not available and maintain a distance of 2 metres from others.
